On uubd1 Welcome! Access your account

What do you get when you log in to uubd1?

Logging in to uubd1 opens up a complete world of entertainment. Once signed in, you can head straight to the game lobby, take a seat at a Live Casino table, and review your betting history. Your uubd1 login is your gateway — everything in one place.

After logging in, your dashboard shows your full balance, bonuses, active promotions, and transaction history — all updated in real time, so there's no need to refresh the page.

How secure is uubd1 login?

Uubd1 never compromises on security. Every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your password is stored in hashed format — meaning no one can ever see your actual password, not even us.

Login security levels

• Two-factor authentication (2FA): An OTP is sent to your mobile at the time of login, so no one else can access it.
• Session timeout: You will be automatically logged out after a period of inactivity.
• Device recognition: Logging in from a new device will require additional verification.
• Unusual activity alert: If a login is detected from an unfamiliar location or IP address, you will be notified immediately.
• Login history: See when and from which device each login occurred.

Log in via mobile or app

Logging in is even faster and easier with the uubd1 mobile app. Once signed in, you can use fingerprint or Face ID for quick access every time after that. The app is available for both Android and iOS.

Uubd1 is also accessible from your mobile browser. The site is fully mobile-responsive, so you get the full experience on smaller screens too. For the best experience, however, we recommend using the app.

What to do if you have trouble logging in?

Forgetting your password or waiting on a delayed OTP happens to everyone — both are common issues with straightforward fixes. See below for what to do in each situation:

If you forgot your password

Use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. A reset code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code to set a new password and log back in.

If you didn't receive an OTP

Wait 60 seconds and use the resend option. Check that your mobile has a working network connection. If the issue persists, contact our live chat support.

If your account is locked

Entering the wrong password multiple times may temporarily lock your account for security reasons. Wait 30 minutes or contact the support team for assistance.

First things to do after logging in

If you're logging in to uubd1 for the first time or returning after a long break, here are a few things to check:

• Verify that your profile information is correct
• Check for new bonus or promotion offers — once they're gone, they're gone
• Check your balance and make a deposit if needed
• Check that your payment methods are up to date
• Check the game lobby for newly added games

Logging in regularly earns you points in the uubd1 loyalty program. Those points can later be converted into bonuses or other exclusive rewards.
